Most of us are pretty good at eating, drinking, and being merry during the holiday season. All these festivities, however, often mean eating a bit too much and indulging in a few too many desserts or drinks. So after the holidays, as we feel the effects of these indulgences, the New Year’s resolution on most people’s minds is to get healthy, get in shape, or shed a few pounds.
"Fall is a natural time of transition, which makes it an ideal time for a gentle detox cleanse that will reset your body and mind while priming you for a winter of wellness."
Summer is here and the first thing many of us associate with this season is "vacation" - a time to slow down, de-stress, rest, and relax. Well, it's also the perfect time to detox our bodies too.
Spring is here and, once again, so is my desire to clear out all of the clutter and clean everything. In addition to cleaning up around our home, this is also the perfect time to do a little cleaning on the inside as well.
The natural cleansing process that occurs every spring is essential to the maintenance of our long term health. If we get excess toxicity out of our bodies fully and effectively now, in the spring time, then we are far more likely to remain healthy for the rest of the year.
